1. Penerimaan Syarat
Selamat datang di SatuSport ("Layanan"), sebuah aplikasi dan platform yang dikelola oleh PT. Satu Visual Indonesia ("kami", "Kami", "SatuSport"). Dengan mendaftar, mengakses, atau menggunakan Layanan — baik melalui aplikasi mobile, situs web `satusport.id`, maupun perangkat terkait — Anda ("Pengguna", "Anda") menyatakan telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui untuk terikat pada Syarat & Ketentuan ini ("Syarat") beserta Kebijakan Privasi kami.
Jika Anda tidak setuju dengan salah satu bagian dari Syarat ini, mohon untuk tidak mendaftar atau menggunakan Layanan.
Bagi pengguna yang telah mendaftar sebelum tanggal berlaku Syarat ini, penggunaan lanjutan atas Layanan dianggap sebagai persetujuan Anda terhadap Syarat ini.
2. Kelayakan Usia
Layanan ini terbuka untuk pengguna berusia 13 (tiga belas) tahun ke atas. Dengan mendaftar, Anda menyatakan bahwa:
Anda berusia minimal 13 tahun; dan
Jika Anda berusia di bawah 18 tahun, Anda telah memperoleh izin dari orang tua atau wali yang sah untuk menggunakan Layanan.
Kami berhak menonaktifkan akun yang diketahui tidak memenuhi syarat usia ini.
3. Akun Pengguna
3.1. Pendaftaran. Anda wajib memberikan informasi yang benar, akurat, dan terkini saat pendaftaran (nama, email, username, avatar). Informasi palsu dapat menyebabkan penonaktifan akun.
3.2. Keamanan akun. Anda bertanggung jawab menjaga kerahasiaan kredensial login dan segala aktivitas yang terjadi pada akun Anda. Segera beritahu kami melalui email di bawah jika Anda mencurigai akses tidak sah.
3.3. Satu akun per orang. Setiap orang hanya boleh memiliki satu akun aktif. Membuat akun ganda untuk memanipulasi fitur (misalnya menghindari blokir, memanipulasi ranking) dilarang.
3.4. Username. Username bersifat unik dan mengikat pada akun Anda. Kami berhak menolak atau mengubah username yang mengandung kata terlarang, meniru identitas orang lain, atau melanggar Syarat ini.
4. Konten Pengguna (UGC)
4.1. Kepemilikan. Anda tetap menjadi pemilik atas konten yang Anda unggah atau buat melalui Layanan, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada: nama komunitas, deskripsi komunitas, nama mabar, foto profil, dan interaksi lain ("Konten Pengguna").
4.2. Lisensi kepada SatuSport. Dengan mengunggah Konten Pengguna, Anda memberikan kepada SatuSport lisensi non-eksklusif, bebas royalti, di seluruh dunia untuk menyimpan, menampilkan, menyalin, memoderasi, dan mendistribusikan Konten Pengguna sebatas yang diperlukan untuk mengoperasikan dan meningkatkan Layanan.
4.3. Tanggung jawab konten. Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas Konten Pengguna yang Anda unggah. SatuSport tidak melakukan pra-tayang atas semua konten dan tidak menjamin akurasi atau kesesuaiannya.
4.4. Hak moderasi. Kami berhak — namun tidak berkewajiban — untuk memantau, menyaring, mengedit, atau menghapus Konten Pengguna yang melanggar Syarat ini, tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
5. Perilaku yang Dilarang
Anda dilarang menggunakan Layanan untuk:
a. Melecehkan, mengancam, atau menakut-nakuti pengguna lain (harassment, bullying);
b. Menyebarkan ujaran kebencian berdasarkan suku, agama, ras, gender, orientasi seksual, disabilitas, atau atribut lainnya;
c. Mengunggah konten tidak pantas (pornografi, kekerasan grafis, konten dewasa yang tidak layak);
d. Menyamar sebagai orang lain (impersonation) atau memberikan informasi identitas palsu;
e. Menyebarkan spam — iklan, promosi tidak diminta, tautan phishing, atau konten repetitif;
f. Melanggar hukum yang berlaku di Republik Indonesia atau yurisdiksi tempat Anda berada;
g. Mengganggu operasional Layanan — termasuk scraping otomatis, mencoba mengeksploitasi kerentanan keamanan, atau membebani infrastruktur secara tidak wajar;
h. Memanipulasi sistem — termasuk memalsukan skor pertandingan, hasil turnamen, atau statistik komunitas;
i. Memasarkan produk atau jasa tanpa izin tertulis dari kami;
j. Melanggar hak kekayaan intelektual pihak ketiga.
Pelanggaran atas ketentuan ini dapat menyebabkan penonaktifan akun tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
6. Pelaporan Konten
Layanan menyediakan fitur "Laporkan" untuk pengguna melaporkan konten atau perilaku yang melanggar Syarat ini. Cara melapor:
Buka profil pengguna atau halaman komunitas yang ingin dilaporkan;
Pilih menu "Laporkan";
Pilih kategori (spam, pelecehan, ujaran kebencian, meniru orang lain, konten tidak pantas, lainnya) dan tuliskan catatan opsional;
Kirim laporan.
Tim moderator kami akan meninjau laporan dan mengambil tindakan yang sesuai. Kami tidak berkewajiban memberi tahu pelapor tentang hasil peninjauan. Pengguna yang menyalahgunakan fitur pelaporan (spam laporan palsu) juga dapat dikenai sanksi.
7. Blokir Pengguna
Anda dapat memblokir pengguna lain untuk mencegah mereka:
Mengirim permintaan pertemanan kepada Anda;
Mengundang Anda sebagai partner dalam turnamen.
Blokir bersifat satu arah. Pengguna yang diblokir tidak diberi tahu bahwa Anda memblokir mereka. Anda dapat mengelola daftar blokir di menu Pengaturan.
Blokir tidak menghapus keanggotaan komunitas atau mabar bersama yang sudah ada. Untuk isolasi total, keluarkan diri Anda dari komunitas/mabar yang bersangkutan secara manual.
8. Penghapusan Akun
8.1. Hak Anda. Anda dapat menghapus akun kapan saja melalui menu Pengaturan > Hapus Akun.
8.2. Pola anonimisasi. Setelah akun dihapus:
Informasi pribadi Anda (nama, email, foto profil, username, daftar teman, daftar blokir, token notifikasi) akan dihapus secara permanen;
Nama Anda pada riwayat pertandingan lawan main akan diganti menjadi "Pemain Terhapus";
Riwayat pertandingan, hasil turnamen, dan statistik komunitas Anda pada saat pertandingan berlangsung tetap disimpan sebagai snapshot momen bermain, demi keutuhan riwayat lawan main.
8.3. Blocker. Anda harus menyelesaikan kewajiban berikut sebelum akun dapat dihapus:
Mengalihkan kepemimpinan komunitas jika Anda adalah admin terakhir;
Mengalihkan delegasi mabar yang sedang berlangsung;
Menarik diri (withdraw) dari tim turnamen aktif yang telah dimulai (lawan Anda akan mendapatkan walkover).
8.4. Tidak dapat dipulihkan. Penghapusan bersifat permanen. Setelah akun dihapus, Anda tidak dapat memulihkannya. Anda diperbolehkan mendaftar akun baru dengan email yang sama setelah akun sebelumnya dihapus.
9. Terminasi oleh Kami
Kami berhak menangguhkan atau menonaktifkan akun Anda tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya jika:
Anda melanggar Syarat ini;
Kami menerima perintah dari otoritas hukum yang sah;
Akun Anda menunjukkan aktivitas mencurigakan atau berpotensi merugikan pengguna lain;
Kami menghentikan operasional Layanan secara keseluruhan.
Dalam kasus penonaktifan karena pelanggaran, penghapusan data akan mengikuti pola yang sama dengan penghapusan akun oleh pengguna (Bagian 8).
10. Fitur Booking Lapangan (Court Booking)
10.1. Peran SatuSport. SatuSport bertindak sebagai platform penghubung antara Pengguna dan pemilik lapangan (Venue). Kami tidak memiliki, mengoperasikan, atau bertanggung jawab atas kondisi fisik lapangan.
10.2. Tanggung jawab Venue. Ketersediaan, harga, kualitas fasilitas, dan pelayanan on-site sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab Venue yang bersangkutan.
10.3. Pembatalan. Kebijakan pembatalan booking mengikuti kebijakan masing-masing Venue. SatuSport dapat memfasilitasi komunikasi antara Anda dan Venue namun tidak menjamin refund.
10.4. Sengketa. Sengketa antara Pengguna dan Venue (misalnya lapangan tidak sesuai deskripsi, jadwal berubah) diselesaikan langsung antara kedua belah pihak. SatuSport dapat membantu memediasi sesuai kemampuan namun bukan merupakan pihak dalam sengketa tersebut.
10.5. Pembayaran. Saat ini Layanan tidak memproses pembayaran booking secara in-app. Pembayaran dilakukan langsung ke Venue sesuai metode yang disediakan Venue.
11. Kekayaan Intelektual
Semua elemen Layanan (kecuali Konten Pengguna) — termasuk logo, desain UI, kode sumber, konten editorial, dokumentasi — adalah milik SatuSport atau pemberi lisensi kami dan dilindungi oleh hukum kekayaan intelektual Indonesia dan internasional.
Anda tidak diperbolehkan menyalin, memodifikasi, mendistribusikan, atau melakukan reverse engineering atas elemen Layanan tanpa izin tertulis dari kami.
12. Disclaimer Garansi
Layanan disediakan "SEBAGAIMANA ADANYA" ("AS IS") dan "SEBAGAIMANA TERSEDIA" ("AS AVAILABLE"). Kami tidak memberikan garansi apapun, baik tersurat maupun tersirat, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada:
Ketersediaan tanpa gangguan (uptime);
Bebas dari kesalahan atau bug;
Kesesuaian untuk tujuan tertentu;
Keakuratan data yang ditampilkan (termasuk skor, jadwal, statistik komunitas).
Anda menggunakan Layanan atas risiko Anda sendiri.
13. Batasan Tanggung Jawab
Sejauh diizinkan oleh hukum yang berlaku, SatuSport dan afiliasinya TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB atas:
Kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, konsekuensial, atau punitif;
Kehilangan data, keuntungan, reputasi, atau peluang bisnis;
Cedera fisik yang terjadi selama pertandingan atau pemakaian fasilitas Venue;
Sengketa antara Pengguna dengan pengguna lain atau dengan pihak ketiga (Venue, dll);
Tindakan pihak ketiga yang tidak berada di bawah kendali kami.
Total tanggung jawab kami dalam kondisi apapun tidak akan melebihi jumlah yang telah Anda bayarkan kepada SatuSport dalam 12 bulan terakhir (yang saat ini adalah nol, mengingat Layanan gratis).
14. Perubahan Syarat
Kami dapat mengubah Syarat ini dari waktu ke waktu. Perubahan yang bersifat material akan diinformasikan melalui:
Notifikasi in-app; dan/atau
Email ke alamat terdaftar; dan/atau
Pengumuman di situs web `satusport.id`.
Penggunaan lanjutan atas Layanan setelah tanggal berlaku perubahan dianggap sebagai persetujuan Anda terhadap Syarat yang baru. Jika Anda tidak setuju, Anda dapat menghapus akun Anda.
Tanggal "Terakhir diperbarui" di atas mencerminkan versi terkini Syarat ini.
15. Hukum yang Berlaku & Penyelesaian Sengketa
15.1. Syarat ini tunduk pada dan ditafsirkan berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia.
15.2. Setiap sengketa yang timbul dari atau berkaitan dengan Syarat ini atau penggunaan Layanan akan diselesaikan terlebih dahulu melalui musyawarah antara Anda dan kami.
15.3. Jika musyawarah tidak mencapai kesepakatan dalam 30 (tiga puluh) hari kalender, sengketa akan diselesaikan melalui Pengadilan Negeri di wilayah hukum Republik Indonesia yang berwenang.
16. Integrasi YouTube (Khusus Venue Operator)
16.1. Tujuan integrasi. Venue operator dapat menghubungkan channel YouTube mereka ke SatuSport untuk mengaktifkan fitur live streaming otomatis setiap pertandingan.
16.2. Otorisasi OAuth. Dengan menghubungkan channel, venue operator memberikan otorisasi kepada SatuSport untuk:
Membuat, mengelola, dan mengakhiri live broadcast di channel Anda melalui YouTube API dengan scope `youtube.force-ssl`;
Menyimpan refresh token OAuth di infrastruktur backend kami (Firestore) untuk otomasi ini;
Menghapus broadcast berumur lebih dari 7 hari untuk menjaga kebersihan channel.
16.3. Batasan. SatuSport tidak akan:
Mengakses, membaca, atau menghapus video lain di channel Anda;
Mengakses data analytics, subscriber, atau komentar;
Membagikan refresh token ke pihak ketiga;
Menggunakan data untuk iklan atau profiling.
16.4. Hak disconnect. Venue operator dapat memutuskan integrasi kapan saja melalui:
Menu "Disconnect YouTube" di dashboard SatuSport (menghapus refresh token seketika);
Revoke akses di myaccount.google.com/permissions.
16.5. Tanggung jawab konten. Venue operator bertanggung jawab penuh atas konten yang di-broadcast melalui channel mereka. SatuSport bertindak sebagai automation platform dan tidak melakukan moderasi konten live streaming.
16.6. Kepatuhan YouTube Terms. Penggunaan integrasi YouTube tunduk pada YouTube Terms of Service. Pelanggaran terhadap YouTube Terms yang mengakibatkan suspend/terminate channel bukan tanggung jawab SatuSport.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SatuSport (the "Service"), an application and platform operated by PT. Satu Visual Indonesia ("we", "us", "SatuSport"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service — whether through the mobile application, the website `satusport.id`, or related devices — you ("User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") together with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or use the Service.
For users who registered before the effective date of these Terms, continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
2. Age Eligibility
The Service is available for users aged 13 (thirteen) years or older. By registering, you represent that:
You are at least 13 years of age; and
If you are under 18, you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
We reserve the right to disable accounts that we determine do not meet this age requirement.
3. User Accounts
3.1. Registration. You must provide true, accurate, and current information during registration (name, email, username, avatar). False information may result in account deactivation.
3.2. Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at the email below if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.3. One account per person. Each person may only have one active account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate features (such as evading blocks or manipulating rankings) is prohibited.
3.4. Username. Usernames are unique and bound to your account. We reserve the right to reject or change usernames that contain prohibited words, impersonate others, or violate these Terms.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC)
4.1. Ownership. You retain ownership of content you upload or create through the Service, including but not limited to: community names, community descriptions, mabar (play session) names, profile pictures, and other interactions ("User Content").
4.2. License to SatuSport. By uploading User Content, you grant SatuSport a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, copy, moderate, and distribute the User Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
4.3. Content responsibility. You are fully responsible for the User Content you upload. SatuSport does not pre-screen all content and does not warrant its accuracy or appropriateness.
4.4. Moderation rights. We reserve the right — but are not obligated — to monitor, filter, edit, or remove User Content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
a. Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users (harassment, bullying);
b. Spread hate speech based on ethnicity, religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other attributes;
c. Upload inappropriate content (pornography, graphic violence, unsuitable adult content);
d. Impersonate others or provide false identity information;
e. Distribute spam — unsolicited advertising, promotions, phishing links, or repetitive content;
f. Violate applicable laws in the Republic of Indonesia or the jurisdiction in which you reside;
g. Interfere with the operation of the Service — including automated scraping, attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities, or unreasonably loading the infrastructure;
h. Manipulate the system — including falsifying match scores, tournament results, or community statistics;
i. Market products or services without our written permission;
j. Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Violation of these provisions may result in account deactivation without prior notice.
6. Content Reporting
The Service provides a "Report" feature for users to report content or behavior that violates these Terms. How to report:
Open the user profile or community page you wish to report;
Select the "Report" menu;
Choose a category (spam, harassment, hate speech, impersonation, inappropriate content, other) and add an optional note;
Submit the report.
Our moderation team will review reports and take appropriate action. We are not obligated to inform reporters of review outcomes. Users who abuse the reporting feature (spamming false reports) may also be subject to sanctions.
7. Blocking Users
You may block other users to prevent them from:
Sending you friend requests;
Inviting you as a partner in tournaments.
Blocking is one-directional. Blocked users are not notified that you have blocked them. You can manage your block list in the Settings menu.
Blocking does not remove existing shared community or mabar memberships. For total isolation, you must manually leave the relevant community or mabar.
8. Account Deletion
8.1. Your right. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings > Delete Account menu.
8.2. Anonymization pattern. After account deletion:
Your personal information (name, email, profile picture, username, friend list, block list, notification tokens) will be permanently deleted;
Your name in opponents' match histories will be replaced with "Pemain Terhapus" ("Deleted Player");
Your match history, tournament results, and community statistics from the time matches occurred will be retained as snapshots of the moment of play, to preserve the integrity of opponents' records.
8.3. Blockers. You must resolve the following obligations before your account can be deleted:
Transfer community leadership if you are the last admin;
Transfer delegation for ongoing mabar sessions;
Withdraw from active tournament teams already in progress (opponents will receive walkovers).
8.4. Non-recoverable. Deletion is permanent. Once deleted, you cannot restore your account. You are permitted to register a new account with the same email after the previous account has been deleted.
9. Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate your account without prior notice if:
You violate these Terms;
We receive orders from legitimate legal authorities;
Your account shows suspicious activity or potential harm to other users;
We discontinue the operation of the Service entirely.
In cases of deactivation due to violation, data removal will follow the same pattern as user-initiated account deletion (Section 8).
10. Court Booking Feature
10.1. SatuSport's role. SatuSport acts as a connecting platform between Users and court owners (Venues). We do not own, operate, or bear responsibility for the physical condition of courts.
10.2. Venue responsibility. Availability, pricing, quality of facilities, and on-site services are entirely the responsibility of the respective Venue.
10.3. Cancellation. Booking cancellation policies follow each Venue's own policy. SatuSport may facilitate communication between you and the Venue but does not guarantee refunds.
10.4. Disputes. Disputes between Users and Venues (e.g., court not matching description, schedule changes) are resolved directly between the two parties. SatuSport may assist in mediation to the extent possible but is not a party to such disputes.
10.5. Payment. The Service currently does not process booking payments in-app. Payments are made directly to the Venue via the methods provided by the Venue.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Service (except User Content) — including logos, UI design, source code, editorial content, documentation — are the property of SatuSport or our licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any element of the Service without our written permission.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Uninterrupted availability (uptime);
Freedom from errors or bugs;
Fitness for a particular purpose;
Accuracy of displayed data (including scores, schedules, community statistics).
You use the Service at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SatuSport and its affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for:
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
Loss of data, profits, reputation, or business opportunities;
Physical injuries occurring during matches or use of Venue facilities;
Disputes between Users or between Users and third parties (Venues, etc.);
Actions of third parties beyond our control.
Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SatuSport in the previous 12 months (currently zero, given the Service is free).
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:
In-app notification; and/or
Email to your registered address; and/or
Announcement on the `satusport.id` website.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree, you may delete your account.
The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version of these Terms.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
15.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
15.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the Service shall first be resolved through amicable discussion between you and us.
15.3. If discussions fail to reach agreement within 30 (thirty) calendar days, the dispute shall be resolved through the District Courts within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia with competent authority.
16. YouTube Integration (Venue Operators Only)
16.1. Purpose of integration. Venue operators may connect their YouTube channel to SatuSport to enable automatic live streaming for each match.
16.2. OAuth authorization. By connecting a channel, the venue operator authorizes SatuSport to:
Create, manage, and terminate live broadcasts on their channel via YouTube API with scope `youtube.force-ssl`;
Store the OAuth refresh token in our backend infrastructure (Firestore) for this automation;
Delete broadcasts older than 7 days to keep the channel clean.
16.3. Limitations. SatuSport will NOT:
Access, read, or delete other videos on your channel;
Access channel analytics, subscribers, or comments;
Share the refresh token with any third party;
Use the data for advertising or profiling.
16.4. Right to disconnect. Venue operators may disconnect the integration at any time via:
"Disconnect YouTube" menu in the SatuSport dashboard (deletes the refresh token immediately);
Revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
16.5. Content responsibility. Venue operators are fully responsible for the content broadcast through their channel. SatuSport acts as an automation platform and does not moderate live streaming content.
16.6. YouTube Terms compliance. Use of the YouTube integration is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Violations of YouTube Terms resulting in channel suspension/termination are not SatuSport's responsibility.
